Logging Volunteer Hours at School and Home:
A reminder… each volunteer must check in and out with the school’s main office prior to volunteering at DES. This allows DES to track volunteer hours and is in accordance with Anne Arundel County Public Schools’ safety regulations.
If you have not previously volunteered at DES and are therefore not currently entered into the DES volunteer database, see someone in the front office that can help you prior to your first assignment.
For work completed outside of the school, you are asked to track your hours and log them into the Virtual Volunteer Raptor website. You must be entered into the volunteer database at the school to use this system at home. The e-mail address on file at the school will be the log in for the V-Volunteer site.
